The most important thing for any individual in the life is his own health because no other thing in the universe can replace its importance. To lead a healthy life and to combat with illness, it is imperative to get awareness about health and fitness.

Physical Fitness involves measures and levels of muscular strength, muscle tone, heart action and response to activity agility, co-ordination, balance and much more.

24 hour fitness is felt personally in daily life. We can imagine the state of physical fitness as we get up early in the morning; how we feel quite fresh or tired, how fresh or tired you feel after a hard day’s work; how eagerly you look forward to doing things what you like and what you don’t like.

Physical fitness having positive effect on mental fitness results enhancement in vitality, appearance and personality of an individual. It is the best tonic for natural beauty and healthy skin.

After balanced diet and healthy environment, physical exercise is the only single way to achieve physical fitness, if any body wants. But it is not suitable for you to start at once vigorous, fast or highly competitive physical exercises without developing your stamina gradually. Try to develop and maintain continuously your stamina by slow and steadily, especially when you are in the age of 30 or above.

    * Painless Life Physical fitness is the key to fullest enjoyment of life.

I am a trainer dedicated to creating customized fitness programs for each client that will sincerely fit into their lifestyle.

My goal is simple. It begins with you. Who are you? What do you like? Where and when can you work out? What motivates you?

This is connected to your goals and what motivates you. This fills out your structure to create a truly customized program.

There is only one main question here: HOW do you like to workout?

    * "In a big group with loud music!"
    * "With a personal trainer-and a friend."
    * "Outside no matter what the weather."
    * "I like to mix it up!"

The answers to these questions will steer the general workout environment.

Once we determine your structure and content, we can truly create a Customized Fitness Program for you. You may fit into one of the classes that is already ongoing, need one-on-one for a few sessions, just stick with a conversation about your program, or any number of combinations of all of those. You will be challenged and supported and I will be right along with you whether it is one-on-one or in a boot camp.
