Our Goal....
My primary aim is to prevent childhood and adult obesity; and to encourage healthy lifestyle behaviors through dance and aerobic exercises in a non competitive atmosphere. Together we want to improve the quality of life in a fun, safe and efficient way that is sport-specific for individual and group settings.
We'll be working with the body to make it stronger, balanced, coordinated, flexible, defined and poised naturally. I have been teaching fitness and conducting natural personal training sessions since 1995. My sessions are one hour in length and I suggest a minimum of 3 sessions a week for best results.
